From your mobile phone, text the phrase FREETRIAL to 96362. The phrase FREETRIAL is an example of a Mobile Keyword that will identify your church or ministry group. Your members and guests subscribe, or opt-in, by texting your customized mobile keyword to a short phone number (“short code”) such as 96362.
When your keyword is texted, your members and guests will first receive an immediate automated compliance message that advises them that charges may apply (depending on their data plan but, most major carriers offer free texting services so there would be no cost to your members to receive your text). This initial mandatory text also gives the estimated number of text messages they can expect to receive from you a month and the opt-out instructions.
